◊〉Yoga〈◊
My first yoga class was in 2007 in Seoul, South Korea,
in an Ashtanga class with a welcoming Korean speaking instructor.
Despite (or because of) the language barrier, I connected deeply with the breath of yoga.
I was hooked, went through teacher training three years later, and I haven’t looked back.
Since 2010 I've taught hot, vinyasa, meditation, pre-natal,
yin/restorative, body prayer, and nidra in Colorado, Minnesota, The Netherlands, and Costa Rica.
