Sometimes just the word "meditation" can feel like too much pressure.
It's called the monkey mind for a reason.
That's the beauty of your brain, though.
It's built to hop from one thought to the next, and that's normal, expected, and just fine.

Meditation or mindfulness, is the practice of observation.
We are starved for quiet space.
Our bodies and brains need time to Replenish. Recuperate. Rejuvinate.
That's why I love that there are so many different types of meditation... like a fingerprint, find the specific style that works for you.
Once you find that guided meditation, breathing exercise, yoga flow, or moment of "the present" while doing the dishes,
...it transforms your life, and becomes a natural part of it.
I hope to help you find a practice that works for you. It will turn into your north star, leading you in good and bad times.

How to use Mudras in Meditation
Mudras are to the hands as yoga is to the body or meditation is to the mind. They're gestures, or a way of holding your fingers to create energy or a feeling, in your mind and body.
